In 2016, the Victory crew traveled to Fishers, Indiana to install our Pro Model Outdoor Batting Cage System for the town’s local high school. Our outdoor batting cages, like all of our other types of cages, are completely customizable in size. This specific system was 75’ long x 14’ wide x 14’ tall. Outdoor cages are installed by drilling holes in the ground to place and set the pole structure, which the netting is then secured within. These systems allow for athletes to practice in a ball-secured space similar to real-game environments when a field may not be available to practice upon. Furthermore, such a space is low maintenance and allows baseball and softball teams an additional place to train, minimizing competition for facility and gym space. Fishers High School chose #36-gauge nylon netting with a baffle—an extra panel of netting inside the cage that protects the perimeter net from heavy usage. All in all, Victory is happy to have installed such a versatile system within the Fishers School District.
